Jil Sander fights the rays with Oliver Peoples

After a stellar sophomore collection by Jil Sander’s Simone Bellotti, the Italian designer looks straight to the sunny season (maybe a much-deserved holiday?) with a new collaboration with eyewear label Oliver Peoples. Arriving in six styles, we get a mix of Titanium and Acetate frames, with the former featuring an angular rim and pinched titanium whilst the latter enjoys voluminous and sculptural shapes with ergonomic temples. If the arrival of intermittent blue skies and the end of winter’s interminable grey has got you gassed to touch grass, you’re not alone. One place that is packed with lots of lovely nature is Yorkshire – home of the Three Peaks. Unsurprisingly this hilly, green part of the world has produced its fair share of outdoor enthusiasts like the guys behind Leeds-based brand Elliker. The brand’s latest campaign sees its latest range of hiking shorts, jackets and bags put to the test in the wild. Ideal then, if you’re looking to re-up your gear before you head outside. If it’s a bit of you, you can browse out the full range here.
Saul Nash features in the V&A’s Fashion in Motion series

Saul Nash is a busy guy. In January, he unveiled his Autumn/Winter 2026 collection at Milan Fashion Week. And this month he choreographed a live performance as part of the V&A Museum’s “Fashion in Motion” series. The London designer is a trained dancer, and the performance saw him link up with eight performers (some of them had danced in Nash’s runway shows), who disguised themselves as members of the public before storming the Raphael Court, moving to a sound installation by Azekel. With three performances held throughout the day, it was a chance for museum visitors and fashion nerds to get a dive into Nash’s creative practice off the catwalk, and see his movement-focused garments put to the test in real time.
Nike and Jacquemus unveil more colourways for the Moon Shoe

The Nike x Jacquemus Moon Shoe, along with a medley of Bottega Veneta bags, has bagged a very big Jacob Elordi stamp of approval. The Swoosh’s low-profile sneakers contrast an elegant, almost ballet pump-style silhouette with a rugged gum sole. It’s a tidy contrast that lends them nicely to pairing with pretty much anything, from chilled-out suits to denim. But our favourite way of wearing any low-profile sneaker in the upcoming months is with shorts boasting an inseam of less than five inches. Building on the initial drop, which saw the Moon Shoe arrive in Off-Noir, Alabaster, and University Red are all new brown, Sail, and pink. If you like what you see, they’re available via the Nike SNKRS platform.
Balmain enters the low-profile sneaker game with the Racer 45

Slimmed-down sneakers are nothing new. They’ve been the prevailing style for capital ‘F’ fashion labels like Dries Van Noten, Bottega Veneta and Prada for the last few years. Why? They offer something streamlined and easy-going, that balances out baggy trousers, and doesn’t make more fitted legwear look … silly. Now Balmain has joined the party with the Racer 45 arriving in neutral colours like brown and black, and palette-cleansing pastel pink. They’re knife-edge sharp, but somehow still feel like the easiest thing to wear. Now who doesn’t want some of that? Available here.
